Andrii Petakh, Plastic Surgeon
Specialized in plastic surgery, reconstructive surgery, and vascular surgery. 13 years of professional experience in the field. Active member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS).
Active member of the Ukrainian National Association of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgeons. He has performed over 4,000 plastic surgeries, including breast surgery, laser eyelid surgery, laser liposuction, breast reconstruciton, nasoplasty, abdominoplasty, aesthetic facelifts, auricle plasty and reconstruction, buttock and shank enlargement, lipofilling, etc. He has done fellowships at the leading clinics of Italy, Russia, and South Korea. His work has been presented at international conferences and conventions in the USA, Brazil, Switzerland, Russia, Greece, Spain, and Italy.
Author and co-author of over 75 scientific publications in such journals as “Ukrainian Surgery”, “Transplantation Surgery”, “Clinical Surgery”, “Annals of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery”, “Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Dermatology”, etc. His innovative solutions have been recorded in 28 Ukrainian patents.

Graduated cum laude from the medical faculty of UzhhorodStateUniversity in 1998. In 2004–2006, Dr Petakh was awarded the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Scholarship for Young Scientists. Since 2002, he has been employed as a surgeon at the microvascular and plastic surgery department of the A. Shalimov National Institute of Surgery and Transplantation of the Academy of Medical Science of Ukraine.
In 2004, successfully completed the otolaryngology specialization. Defended a Candidate’s thesis on “Surgical Treatment of Patients with Complex and Large Defects of Head Tissues”.
